Michael Anthony Sacchetti, of Ardmore, PA., passed away on February 28, 2023 at Lankenau Medical Center. He was 65 years old.

Michael was the son of the late Gregory and Frances Sacchetti (nee DiFilippo). Michael's start in life on July 20, 1957, was problematic due to complications during delivery of a twin birth. As challenging as Michael's physical and health issues were, he continued to thrive and overcome many obstacles. Michael attended Saint Katherine's Day School in Wynnewood and the Center for Creative Arts in Wynnewood. Michael resided in a group home administered by RSS for the last 20 years.

Michael had a great love of music from an early age. As his sight impaired, music was not only his passion but his way of seeing the world. Each record he received made a personal connection. He requested the giver to read the song titles and label and within seconds it was played on his Fisher Price Record Player. Michael could identify the records by touch. It was truly amazing to see him reach for a record, know the song titles and the label. His all-time favorite artist was Brenda Lee on the Decca label. Michael loved rocking, making bubbles, visiting family and being the center of attention.

Michael was the dear brother of Stephen, Richard (Mimi) and his late twin brother Gregory (Patti). He is also survived by his niece Veronica Mallamaci (Anthony) and nephews Paul and Rory.  He will be missed by many loving and adoring cousins and extended family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited on Tuesday March 7th, Visitation from 10 to 11 AM with Funeral Mass at 11 AM at St. Denis Church, Eagle Rd. & St. Denis Lane, Havertown, PA. Interment to follow in St. Denis Cemetery.
