William Jacob Weber, known to all as "Jake", passed away suddenly on July 18, 2019 at the age of 19. Jake is survived by his parents, Bill and Jamie (nee Flanigan), his sisters, Brittany, Sun, Maddie, Sarah, and Becca; Mike G; and Lauren. He is also loved by his grandparents, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jake is greeted in heaven by his Granny, Nancy Oliveri Weber; his Poppop, William J. Weber III; HJ; Samantha; Sam; and other family members.

Jake took his own life, leaving his family and friends struggling for understanding as he was a gentle and gracious young man filled with many hopes and goals as an aspiring entrepreneur. Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation from 9 to 10:45 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Tuesday July 23rd at St. Katharine of Siena Church, Lancaster & Aberdeen Aves., Wayne, PA. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
