Victoria Nancy
Schaffer
April 4, 1994 – July 26, 2025
Victoria "Vicki" Nancy Schaffer, 31, of Audubon, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 26, 2025, after courageously battling a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. She faced her illness with the same strength, grace, and radiant spirit that defined her life.
Born on April 4, 1994, Vicki lived a life full of love, adventure, and purpose. She was known for her warmth, her infectious laugh, and the way she lit up every room – described by so many as a beaming light and a shining star. Her empathy and compassion led her to a career of meaningful impact: after earning a master's degree in school counseling from Messiah University, she worked with elementary school children in the Selinsgrove Area School District, offering them guidance, kindness, and a safe place to be themselves.
Vicki graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in public relations/communications and was a member of the track and field team. She was a gifted athlete throughout both high school and college, always driven, determined, and a team player.
She was a dear and loyal friend, someone who always showed up, listened, laughed, and celebrated life with her circle of close girlfriends. She loved traveling, visiting friends, and never said no to an adventure. Vicki had a deep passion for Philadelphia sports and a joyful enthusiasm for everything from camping and hiking to exploring national parks, wineries, and breweries.
Vicki most recently made her home in Williamsport with her fiancé, Keenan Michael, and their beloved dog, Meadow. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and outdoor adventures. She cherished time spent with family, especially at her favorite place – the beach in Avalon.
Vicki is survived by her fiancé, Keenan Michael; her parents, Diana (nee Wells) and Keith Schaffer; her brothers Jim Schaffer (Kelly) and Drew Schaffer (Kelly); her grandmother, Carol Schwalm (nee White); and her nieces and nephews James, Ava (her goddaughter), Miles, and Maddie. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, future in-laws, and cherished friends who will continue to honor her memory and the beautiful legacy of light she leaves behind. Vicki was preceded in death by her loving grandparents Nancy (nee Sheridan) and George Wells, and Donald Schwalm.
Her time with us was far too short, but her impact will be felt forever – in every smile she inspired, every heart she touched, and every life she made brighter.
