Obituary

Todd S. Bostwick, of Havertown, PA., passed away on February 14, 2021 at Lankenau Hospital surrounded by his wife and daughter. He was 65.

Son of the late Dr. Jack C. Bostwick and Barbara Stewart Russell, he was born on March 10, 1955 in Bryn Mawr, PA. Todd was an auto mechanic for 45 years and loved anything to do with cars and getting his hands dirty. He was brilliant in his trade and could name any car just at a glance. Todd enjoyed barbequing, soaking up the sun, and fishing trips. Summer of 2020, Todd was thrilled to take a fishing trip with his nephew Chris to recreate and reminisce on the many good times they've had on the water in the past. Todd was a diehard Philadelphia sports fan, especially when it came to the Phillies and Eagles.

Todd had a heart of gold and loved his family and friends with every ounce of himself. He was truly one-of-a-kind. A character that throughout life has touched the hearts of many and made such an impact. Todd made friends wherever he went and could always be found with a smile on his face; he truly lived life to the fullest. He spent his days on his front porch making conversation with the people of the town. Todd was best known for his cheery persona, outgoing personality, and of course, the smile plastered on his face that lit up every room he was in.

Todd was survived by his "girls", wife of 35 years Jane Balch Bostwick and daughter Kelly Lynn Bostwick, the light of his life. The three had an indescribable bond. Todd always reminded Jane and Kelly, "we're the best".

Also survived by his brother Jeff Bostwick, sister Wendy Norman (Pete). He was predeceased by his sister Betsy Bartos. Other survivors include his mother-in-law Dolinda Balch, sisters-in-law Holly Goodman, Susie Russo (Rick), brothers-in-law Chris Balch (Monica) and Ricky Balch, god-daughters Kate Goodman and Anna Russo, 7 nephews, 6 nieces, 3 grand-nieces and 3 grand-nephews. Todd formed unique bonds with each and every family member and loved them all dearly.
