Thelma (Kiester) Moylan, 97 of East Norriton Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, May 20 ^th , 2022 from natural causes.

Thelma was Born on August 31 ^st , 1924 to Ralph Kiester and Pearl (Ross) Kiester in Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded by her husband Lawrence V. Moylan, her son PFC David J. Moylan, her daughter-in-law Lynne (Tally) Moylan, and great granddaughter Lily Moylan.

She was a long time resident of Bala-Cynwyd Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the first graduating class of Bala-Cynwyd junior high school. After graduating Lower Merion high school she served proudly in the United States Navy during WWII. Thelma was a homemaker, and an active member and first woman commander of the Vandiver/Moylan American legion post 355.

Thelma is survived by two siblings Mabel (Kiester) Ditomo and Herb Kiester, six children Lawrence and Susan Moylan, James and Kathryn Moylan, Thomas Moylan and Roger Yates, Deirdre(Moylan) Kennedy and Michael Kennedy, Dorothy Moylan and Elizabeth Both, Pamela(Moylan) Guthrie and Steve Guthrie. Along with 13 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Thelma enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards and going to the casino.

Interment will be on Monday, June 20 ^th 11:00 am at Calvary Cemetery 235 E Matsonford Road, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
