Shauna Mary Harrington Mita of Drexel Hill, PA. died on Thursday July 5, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving husband John and family. She was 32.

Born in Scranton, PA., she was the devoted daughter of Cherilynne Harrington of Taylor, PA.

Shauna graduated from Scranton Preparatory School and Philadelphia University where she received a degree in Architectural Studies as well as her MBA. Additionally, she was the manager of the men's basketball team and student director of the team during her MBA studies. She was a sales associate for Long & Foster Real Estate and worked for years at the Great American Pub in Conshohocken where she served as general manager and event planner. Shauna always valued her co-workers as her second family. Known for her sense of humor, Shauna was always the brightest light in any room she entered. She loved to travel, her family and friends, and her beloved dog, Jefferson.

She was preceded in death by her loving grandparents Rita and William Wesnak. In addition to her loving husband John Mita and her beloved mother Cherilynne Harrington, she is also survived by her dear sisters Lauren Cain (Jeremy) of Texas and Taryn Harrington of Virginia as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday July 11, 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Rd., Media, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing at the Church on Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM or on Wednesday from 9 to 11 AM. Interment will be private.
