Scott Edward Armstrong, beloved father, brother, and friend, passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 65 in Madeira Beach, Florida.

Scott was the son of the late biological father Thomas Armstrong and Barbara Bonner. Scott was raised in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania by his stepfather, the late Jack Bonner and Barbara Bonner who played a significant role in his life. Scott was a graduate of Lower Merion High School and later earned his degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Throughout his life, Scott built lasting relationships and created a home in several places, raising his family in Delaware County, PA, Ocean City, NJ, and Heath, TX. Eventually, he settled in Florida, where he enjoyed the warm weather, the ocean breeze, and the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Scott was a devoted and loving father to his daughters, Kelsey Armstrong and Katy Armstrong, who were the center of his world. He is also survived by his siblings, Thomas O. Armstrong (Debra), John C. Bonner Jr. (Patricia), Christopher W. Bonner (Michelle), and nephew, Julian Armstrong (Gabby).

Those who knew Scott will always remember his infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand. Whether sharing a story, offering support, or simply brightening a room with his presence, he left an indelible mark on those around him.

Scott's memory will live in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever cherish the love, laughter, and kindness he shared.

A celebration of Scott's life will be held privately.
