Sarann J. Peters' Obituary
SARANN J. PETERS (NEE McCONAGHY), of Glen Mills, PA, passed away on Friday May 29, 2015 at Glen Mills Senior Living. She was 79. Daughter of the late John T. and Joan M. Crane McConaghy, she was born on November 20, 1935 in Bryn Mawr, PA.
She was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy and of Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing. She was a longtime employee of the Bryn Mawr Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald A. "Russ" Peters. Devoted mother of Julia A. Skipp (Steve), John T. Peters (Sandy) and the late Eric J. Peters. Loving grandmother of Nicholas Peters, and Sara & Ryan Skipp. Dear sister of William C. McConaghy, Mary Elizabeth McGinnis Haley, John K. McConaghy and the late Joan Keenan.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday June 3, 10 AM at St. Cornelius Church, 160 Ridge Rd., Chadds Ford, PA. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
Memorial donations may be made to Brandywine River Museum Conservancy, P.O. Box 141 Chadds Ford, PA 19317.
