Raymond L. Trucksess, aged 70, a resident of Chesterbrook PA, passed away on November 5, 2022 at the Green Meadows nursing home in Paoli, PA.

Born, on April 22, 1952, in Philadelphia to the late Herbert A. Trucksess and Emma L. Trucksess, he grew up in Bryn Mawr PA, graduated from the Harriton High School in Rosemont and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.  He spent the majority of his career as a sales executive in the packaging industry. Over the years, his hobbies evolved.  As a teen and young man, he had a talent and passion for the drums. During high school and college, he played competitive lacrosse. Later in adulthood, Ray enjoyed fishing, listening to rock music and became an avid reader.

He is survived by sons Ray, Jr (Amy) and Matt, a daughter Caitlin (Connor Howley), and their mother Ellen B. Trucksess, a brother Bert (Sue) and four grandchildren, Sydney and Kolton Trucksess as well as Kieran and Eleanor Howley.

The family will receive friends on Friday December 9th from 11 AM to 12 PM at the McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore PA 19003.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Nemours Children's Hospital, 1600 Rockland Rd, Wilmington DE 19803.
