PHILIP S. P. RANDOLPH, III., MARCH 15, 2006 - of Gladwyne, PA. A true gentleman and a highly decorated U.S. Army Veteran, who served in the European Theater during World War II. A proud member of the historic 1st Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry. He was the devoted husband of 60 years to the late Patsy Hubbard Randolph. Beloved father of Frances R. Chamberlin, Louise Randolph and the late Lucy R. Dixon. Exceptional and loving grandfather of Kate & Emily Chamberlin and Jake Graziano. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
