PATRICK S. PASQUARIELLO, JR., M.D., of Bala Cynwyd, PA., passed away on August 29, 2015. He was 85.
He was the beloved husband of Mae Pasquariello (nee Agnes). Devoted father of Caroline Pasquariello Fuchs (James), Patrick S., III. (Victoria) and Ann Agnes Pasquariello (Barry Shinberg). Loving grandfather of Patrick S., IV., Christina, Alexandra and Julia. Dear brother of Jeanine Muniz and the late Lucille Canuso.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday September 3, 7 PM at The Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter & Paul, 18th St. & Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA. Relatives and friends may call at the Cathedral from 5 to 7 PM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Patrick S. Pasquariello, Jr., M.D. Endowment Fund" c/o Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Phila. PA 19104.
