Patricia C. Snead (nee Cronin), of Bryn Mawr PA., passed away on December 4, 2024 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA.  She was 80.

Daughter of the late James & Jean Hayes Cronin, Patricia was born in Chicago, IL on February 21, 1944.  She had a Master's Degree in Education from Villanova University and worked as a teacher in the Philadelphia School District.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Bertram H. Snead, Jr.  Devoted mother of Philip (Kerrie) and the late James Christopher Snead. Loving grandmother of Ella & Connor Snead.  Dear sister of James Cronin (Suzanne), Sheila Cronin, Emily Chaveriat (late William), Mary Ann Cronin, John Cronin (Joanne), the late Ellyn Cronin, Michael Cronin (Michelle), Walter Cronin (Victoria), and Joseph Cronin (Maria). She was also a loving aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Relatives and friends are invited on Saturday December 14th, Visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr PA 19010.  Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the National Museum of African American History & Culture.
