Patricia Butler (nee Shields), of Wynnewood, PA., passed away on January 30, 2016 in Phoenixville, PA. She was 85.

She was the beloved wife of the late David J. Butler, Jr. Loving, tender, sparkling mother of Dave (Madeleine), Anne Fagan (Charlie), Patty Brown (Jim), Dennis (Nancy), Tim, Mary DeVlieger (Paul), Sean, Kelly (Melissa), Megan Posca (Anthony) and Paul (Natalie). Also survived by 25 dear grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Dennis J. Shields of Co. Donegal and Mary Linnane Shields of Co. Clare, and by her siblings Anne Moore, Mary Kelly, Kate Randall and Joseph Shields.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday February 4, 10 AM at St. Colman Church, Lancaster Ave. & Argyle Rd., Ardmore. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore or on Thursday from 9 to 10 AM at the Church.
