Ozella Wright was born out of the union of the late Isom Thomas Garrett and Ellen Irby on October 27, 1927 in Atlantic City, NJ.  She departed this world on February 17, 2017.

Ozella married Jacob Benjamin Wright in 1948.  They had two children, Darlene and Jacob, Jr..  Ozella worked in healthcare facilities and private homes.  Her hobbies were shopping, exercising and reading.  In her free time, she loved to play the organ, sing and shop.  Gardening was something Ozella loved.  On a daily basis, she was in the garden at 6 AM and 6 PM.  She was an excellent baker and her signature was German Chocolate Cake.

She is survived by her sister Andrella Latimore, her daughter Darlene and her son Jacob, Jr., as well as host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

She is a member of The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostle Faith, 44 West Penn St., Philadelphia, PA 19144, Bishop Shelton Rapha Chabash Luke, Apostle and General Overseer.  She served as a senior Missionary at the church.

Funeral services and interment are still to be determined.
