Nancy Kenney, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on December 10, 2023 at the age of 71.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Victoria Wayne. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Kenney, Jr., daughters Ashley Kenney Shea and Lindsay Kenney; grandchildren John and Lila Shea; sister Michelle Conlow, and brothers Edward and Richard Wayne.

Nancy was born in Philadelphia in 1952.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Gwynedd Mercy College.  After college, she met her future husband, Lawrence Kenney Jr. at the Jersey shore and they proceeded to have two children, to which she devoted herself completely. She educated the children in Huntington Valley and Maple Glen Pennsylvania. Upon their childrens' college graduations, Nancy and Lawrence moved to Avalon, New Jersey full time, where she took advantage of the beautiful setting and the family togetherness it brought.  She is deeply missed now and will be no less so in the future.

Funeral Service and interment will be private for family and close friends. The family asks everyone for their prayers, patience and consideration during this difficult time.
