Mary M. Scanlan (nee Monahan), age 95, of Shannondell at Valley Forge, formerly of Bryn Mawr, PA passed away peacefully on August 28, 2022 at home with family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis A. Scanlan and her daughter Barbara Law. She is survived by her children Francis X. Scanlan, Maryann S. Walsh (Edward B.), and son-in-law David Law. She was the loving grandmother of Edward B. Walsh III (Nicole), Matthew J. Walsh (Kristina), Michelle Manning (Brian), and Jamie Hagan (Tim). She was the proud great-grandmother of Riley Walsh, Aubrey Walsh, Edward B. Walsh IV, Olivia Walsh, Matthew Walsh, Brian Manning, Rosemary Manning, and Harlow Hagan.

Mary was a graduate of Rosemont College and was an active volunteer in many organizations. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited on Wednesday September 7th, 8:45 to 9:45 AM Visitation followed by 10 AM Funeral Mass at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1260 S. Trooper Road, Norristown, PA. Interment will be private at later date.
