Mary Dwyer Corrigan, long time Villanova resident, bridge champion, strong matriarch and woman of deep faith, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2024.  She was nearly 85.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late George T. Corrigan, Sr. She is survived by her three children, George Corrigan, Jr. (Jane), Scott "Booker" Corrigan (Tanya) and Kelly Corrigan (Edward Lichty) as well as six grandchildren with whom she had lovely and lively relationships- Cole Corrigan, Mary Corrigan, Georgia Corrigan Lichty, Claire Corrigan Lichty, Dwyer Corrigan and Rocky Corrigan.  She is also survived by 2 sisters Elizabeth Layne and Jane Villarreal.

A celebration of her well-lived life will be held at St. Thomas of Villanova Church on the University Campus, 800 Lancaster Ave., Villanova PA. on Tuesday June 4th, Visitation from 2 to 3 PM with Funeral Mass at 3 PM.  Interment will be private at a later date.
