MARY C. CALLAGHAN, MARCH 9, 2014- of Ardmore, PA. Loving sister of Joseph B. Callaghan (Marion), Cecilia Hoefer, Veronica S. Callaghan (James Longenecker) and the late Suzanne C. Callaghan and John E. Callaghan (Eugenie). Also survived by 8 nieces & nephews, 3 grandnieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her aunt Cecilia O'Shea. Mary was a graduate of Hallahan High School for Girls in Philadelphia. She worked up until 6 months ago as an insurance broker for Babb Insurance Inc. She was president of the Women's Insurance Society of Philadelphia, founder of Women's Main Line Insurance Guild, she was very involved in her beloved St. Colman Parish, was a member of the Colmanites and volunteered much of her time to catholic charities and to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday March 17, 10:30 AM at St. Colman Church, Lancaster Ave. & Argyle Rd., Ardmore. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing at the Church after 9:00 AM. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Villa, 110 W.
