Margaret Susan Bisignaro (nee Wilhere), "Peggy", of Swedesboro, NJ., formerly of Bala Cynwyd, PA., passed away on December 4, 2023 at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill, NJ.  She was 96.

Daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Rook Wilhere, Peggy was born on July 9, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA.  She was a graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls.

Peggy was the devoted wife of the late Michael R. Bisignaro.   Beloved mother to Susie, Mary Pat Hammes (Dennis), Michael (Beth), and Chip (Vanessa).  Adoring grandmother to Michael Bisignaro (Megan), Alex Bisignaro, Christopher Hammes, Justin Bisignaro and Ashleigh Bisignaro. Loving GaGoo to Julia and Ben Bisignaro.  Great-grandmother to Jackson and Emilia Bisignaro.  Loving sister of Louisa Rose and the late Charles Wilhere and Marie Bireley.

Relatives and friends are invited on Saturday December 9th, Viewing from 9:30 to 11:00 AM with Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Matthias Church, 128 Bryn Mawr Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA.  Interment Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd.
