Kevin Gerard Higgins, age 60, of Radnor, PA, peacefully passed away on February 21, 2021 from leukemia. Preceded in death by his wife, Ann-Michele Gleason, parents, John and Mary, and sister, Maureen. Devoted father of Claire and Elise. Loving companion of Joan O'Neill. Brother of Joseph (Maureen). Son-in-law of William J. and Helen McEwen Gleason. Brother-in-law of Kathleen (Bruce), William, Stephen, and Janet.  Loyal friend to many that he considered family.

Kevin graduated from Georgetown University in 1982 where he met his wife, Ann-Michele. He loved reading the newspaper, enjoying the view of his backyard from his treehouse, and traveling with his daughters to six continents and dozens of countries. Kevin loved his community and succeeded his wife Ann-Michele as commissioner of Radnor Township.

Relatives and friends are invited to Kevin's Viewing at St. Katharine of Siena Church, 104 S Aberdeen Ave, Wayne, PA  on Thursday, February 25 ^th ,  from 7 to 9 pm followed by a Funeral Mass on Friday, February 26 ^th at 11 am. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Masks are to be worn and social distancing is to be observed.
