Kathleen Slattery Mulqueen's Obituary
Kathleen "Kay" Slattery Mulqueen (nee Colfer), of Bala Cynwyd, PA., passed into eternal life on January 30, 2013. She was 88.
Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary McGovern Colfer, she was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 15, 1924.
She was the beloved wife of the late Paul A. Slattery and Joseph H. Mulqueen; dear mother to Denise Mattia, Lucie Cleary, Paul (Kathy), Kevin (MaryAnn), Michael (Debbie) and Eileen Slattery, dear sister to Joan Sweeney. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to acknowledge the efforts of the caring and dedicated staff at Sunrise Assisted Living of Paoli, PA.
A Funeral Mass will be held on at Saturday Feb 9, 11 AM at St. Matthias Church, 128 Bryn Mawr Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA. Relatives and friends may visit at the Church after 10 AM. Interment will be private
For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, contributions in Kay's memory can be made to St.Matthias Memorial Fund 128 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
