John J. Kolea, Jr.  -  October 13, 1971 - May 20, 2020

John was loved by all, he always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he came in contact with . He is survived by his wife Stephanie, his children Sydney, Skylar and Topher, his brother Kris, his parents John and Pat Kolea, his in-laws Lois and Shelly Greenburg, his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A long time Real Estate Developer on the Main Line and Philadelphia, he was a graduate of Harriton High School and Albright College in Reading PA with a double major in Political Science and International Business.

He fought a hard battle for the last 6 years and passed away at the University of Pennsylvania on May 20, 2020 from complications of his cancer. He will be missed by his family and many friends.

Funeral services are private and the family will schedule a memorial service at a later date. Donations in John's name can be sent to Abramson Cancer Center.
