John Richard Kahley, "Whitey", of Bryn Mawr, PA., passed away on January 20, 2024 at Suburban Community Hospital in Norristown, PA.   He was 81.

Son of the late John R. Kahley and Rose Wilcox Kahley, Whitey was born on September 3, 1942 in Bryn Mawr, PA.  Whitey worked for the Lower Merion School District and was a lifetime member of the Bryn Mawr Fire Company.

Whitey was the beloved husband of the late Linda Kahley (nee Mortimer).  Devoted father of Dean Kahley and Kristin Kahley-Gallagher (late James).  Loving grandfather of Kaylynn Olivia Reilly, Connor Alexander Reilly and Ava Rose Kahley.  Dear brother of Mary Alice Smith and William Kahley.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Tuesday April 23, 1:00 PM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr PA.  Interment will be private at a later date.
