John George Benner, of Narberth, PA., passed away on May 21, 2022 at his residence. He was 56.

Beloved son of Raymond Benner and Janet F. Benner (nee Callen), John was born on September 5, 1965 in Philadelphia, PA.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Raymond J. Benner (Mary), Russell Benner (Beth), Timothy Benner, Janet Schmidt (Steve); 10 nieces and nephews and 1 great niece.

John attended the old Narberth School and graduated Lower Merion High School. John worked every day as courier for his family's business, Mapes Stores. He loved to fish. His favorite place was Ocean City and he loved seafood. He enjoyed the boardwalk and you could always count on him bringing you back a T-shirt. John looked out for all of us. He loved his nieces and nephews and was known to show up early with Krispy Kreme donuts for the kids.

Relatives and friends are invited on Thursday May 26th to a Visitation from 4 to 6 PM with Prayer Service to begin at 6 PM at McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore PA. Interment will be private for the family.
