Jerome (Jerry) Dotter, 71, of Edgemont, PA, passed away on December 18,  2020.

Jerry was born on February 16, 1949 to Howard and Althea Dotter in Northampton, PA. After graduating from Northampton High School in 1967, he went on to study Mineral Economics at Penn State University.

After graduation, he landed his first job as a federal mine inspector in Beckley, West Virginia, then went on to work for the Federal Power Commission and the National Coal Association in Washington, D.C. before starting his own company Coal Marketronix in 1980.

In retirement, Jerry enjoyed working as an instructional aide for special needs children in the Radnor School District.

Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Althea and Howard. He is survived by his beloved partner Sheryl Greene-Payne, his sister Jane Hoh and his two daughters Andrea Slattery and Alicia Marder, his three grandsons Max Slattery, Griffin and Riggan Marder, his nephews Matthew and Michael Hoh and his great niece Peyton Hoh.

There will be no services at this time due to the pandemic. A celebration of his life is planned for later in 2021.
