Jeannette J. Hudson, age 83, formerly of Frazer, PA, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024. Born and raised in Ardmore, PA, Jeannette was a beloved daughter of the late Jeannette and Robert Hudson. She is preceded in death by her sister, Judith Webster Huffaker, and her brother, Robert Hudson.

At the tender age of five, Jeannette faced and survived polio, a challenge that shaped her resilient spirit and indomitable will. Despite this early adversity, she pursued her education with determination, graduating from what is now Waldron Mercy Academy and attending the University of Pennsylvania. Jeannette went on to build a rewarding career as a dental hygienist, a profession she was dedicated to for many years.

Jeannette spent part of her youth on Long Beach Island, NJ, sailing, having fun on the beach, and enjoying the family boat in Spray Beach. In her twenties, she also lived in Switzerland, a place that always held a special place in her heart.

Jeannette was a wonderful and loving aunt to Laura Webster Thomas (Brinton Thomas) and Spencer Webster (Denise Webster), and a devoted great-aunt to Brinton Thomas, James Webster, and Mia Webster. Her sense of humor, hearty laughter, and tireless work ethic were hallmarks of her personality. She found joy in the company of her close friends and family, sharing countless memories and moments of happiness with them.

Jeannette's life was a testament to love, resilience, and hard work. Her memory will be forever cherished by all who knew her.

A memorial service to celebrate Jeannette's life will be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Jeannette's name.

Rest in peace, Sis. Your spirit and love will continue to inspire us all.
