Helene C. Duncan's Obituary
Helene C. Duncan (nee Comerford), of Narberth, PA., passed away on Monday February 20, 2006 at Paoli Memorial Hospital. She was 65.
Daughter of the late Thomas and Helen O'Connell Comerford, she was born in Philadelphia in 1940. She was a graduate of St. Katharine of Siena High School in Wayne, PA. and attended Peirce College in Philadelphia. She was an avid gardener and was a member of the Bala Cynwyd Garden Club, and a former member of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
She was the beloved wife of George S. Duncan. Devoted mother of George T., Stephanie A. Gonzalez, Jeanine M. Salgueiro and Andrea Fitting. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and her sister M. Janet Shahade.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday February 23, 10:00 AM at St. Margaret Church, N. Narberth Ave., Narberth, PA. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM at McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2004 Sproul Rd., Suite 208, Broomall, PA 19008.
