Helen O'Neill (nee Matwejczyk) passed away on December 14, 2017 at Rosemont Care and Rehab Center in Rosemont, PA.  She was 99.

Daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Matwejczyk, she was born on July 17, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA.

Helen was the wife of the late John E. O'Neill and devoted mother of Robert O'Neill.

A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday December 19, 11 AM at McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, PA.  Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 10 to 11 AM.  Interment will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
