HELEN C., McCANN, formerly of Haverford, PA. passed away on December 30, 2008 at Hickory House in Honey Brook ,PA. She was 87.
Daughter of the late John and Mary Connell McCann, she was born in Malvern, PA in 1921. She worked as a bank secretary for PNC Bank which was formerly Provident Bank.
She was the dear sister of the late Catherine Buffington and John McCann. Loving aunt of John Buffington (Judith), Mary Jane Burris (Fred), John J. McCann, Joanne Kinka (James), Christine McCann, Margaret Bogan (James), Colleen Moore (Dennis), Charles McCann and the late Thomas Buffington and Cathy Buffington.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday January a 5, 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Church, Channing and Roberts Aves., Malvern, PA. Relatives and friends may visit at the Church after 10 AM. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in West Chester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
