Geraldine B. Van Zandt's Obituary
Geraldine B. Van Zandt, "Geri", of Ardmore, PA., passed away on February 19, 2007 at the Bryn Mawr Hospital. She was 70.
Daughter of the late Francis and Gertrude Dimpter Boyle, she was born in Philadelphia in 1936. She was a graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls in Philadelphia and attended St. Joseph University. She worked as an administrative assistant at The Haverford School for over 25 years.
Geri was the beloved and cherished wife of John W. "Jack" Van Zandt, Sr. Devoted and loving mother of Chris, Jeff and the late John W. Van Zandt, Jr. Sister of Frank Boyle and John Boyle, Sr. She was also survived by her dear in-laws and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday February 24, 1:30 PM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr, PA. Relatives and friends may call at the Church after 12:30 PM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Waldron Mercy Academy c/o Development Office, 513 Montgomery Ave., Merion Station, PA 19066.
