FREDERICK D. CACCESE, of Wynnewood, PA., passed away on March 12, 2013 at Lankenau Hospital. He was 89.
Son of the late Frederick and Assunta Centrella Caccese, he was born on January 20, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a member and past President of the National Tile Contractors Association of America, and the Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley; Treasurer of the Associated Tile Contractors of Philadelphia and Suburbs. He was the owner and President of Caccese Tile Mosaic Co. and was Past President of Sigma Pi Fraternity Theta Chapter Penn State University.
He was the beloved husband of Mary Caccese (nee Jankovic). Devoted father of Frederick, Robert (Debra), Michael (Barbara), Marie Gilligan (Paul) and Richard (Nancy). Loving grandfather of Stephen, Michelle, Stephanie, Jessica, John, Thomas and Christopher. Dear brother of Anne Kruse and Mary Pillarella.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday March 16, 10:30 AM at St. Colman Church, Lancaster Ave. & Argyle Rd., Ardmore, PA. Relatives and friends may call at the Church after 8:30 AM. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Colman Parish, 11 Simpson Rd., Ardmore, PA 19003.
