Francis Albert Phelan, "Frank", passed away at his residence in Broomall, PA on February 27, 2017.  He was 85.

Born on February 27, 1932, he was the beloved son of the late James J. & Gertrude Murphy Phelan. Loving brother of Albert F. Phelan, John M. Phelan and the late Mary Lou Barton, James Phelan and Thomas Phelan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday March 3, 11 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square.  Relatives and friends may call at the Church after 10 AM. Interment is Private.
