Elizabeth Anne "Lysanne" Horstmann (nee Gaffney), formerly of Bala Cynwyd, PA, passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2015 at her residence in Haverford, PA. She was 91.

She was the beloved wife of the late John F. Horstmann, Jr. Devoted mother of John F., III. (Helen), James I. (Maureen) and Ignatius J., III. Loving grandmother of Helen, Caroline , Anne, Mary, Sara, Jane, Maureen D., James I., Jr. and Susan M. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday May 9, 11 AM at St. Thomas of Villanova Rosemont Chapel, 1129 E. Lancaster Ave., Rosemont. Relatives and friends may call at the Church after 10 AM. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
