Dorothy Donahue Kane, of Haverford, formerly of Narberth, PA., passed away on May 4, 2017.  She was 83.

Daughter of the late John Gilbert Donahue and Christine E. Felin Donahue, she was born in Philadelphia on September 22, 1933.  Dorothy was a graduate of Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Kane.  Devoted mother of Christine Becker Brown (James), Cheryl Ann Kane, Robert F., Jr., William L. (Trishie), Patricia M. Blevins (Mark), Eileen Kane Rodgers (Jim), Tracy Kane Gabor (Pat), Thomas J. (Terri Ann) and Nancy Kane Mitchell (Bob).  Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and her sister Bobbie Lapres.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday May 9, 11:30 AM St. Margaret Church, 208 N. Narberth Ave., Narberth, PA. Interment will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Monday from 6 to 8 PM at McConaghy Funeral Home, 328 W. Lancaster Ave., Ardmore, PA or on Tuesday from 10 to 11:15 AM at the Church.
