Dolores "Dolly" McMahon (nee Goate), of West Norriton, PA., passed away on Wednesday November 22, 2017. She was 90.

Daughter of the late Harry and Helen Hennessey Goate, she was born on February 1, 1927 in Philadelphia.

Dolly was a devout Catholic, avid Notre Dame and Phillies fan, loved her baking and above all a great mentor to many. She enjoyed and cherished every moment she spent with her children and grandchildren keeping up to date on all their activities and interests. In her life anyone Dolly meant became her friend.

Dolly was the beloved wife of the late Joseph McMahon. Devoted mother of Dolores DiGregorio (Rich), Joseph (Joan), Michael (Joanne), Denise Hastings (late Bill Hastings and Bob McKee), Madeleine McMahon (Susan Shachter), Gregory (Carol), Joan Bowman, Timothy (Jodi), Dan (Donna) and the late Thomas (late Debbie). Dolly was the loving grandmother to 108 grand and great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday November 28, 11 AM at Visitation B.V.M. Church, 196 Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery in West Chester, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Monday November 27th from 6 to 9 PM at the Church or Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at the Church.
