Catherine "Cass" Matthews (nee Dougherty), of Wynnewood, PA., passed away on December 7, 2017 at Lankenau Hospital.  She was 85.

Cass was the devoted mother of Nancy Kuhn (Gordon).  Dear sister of Theresa Haas, Helen Conti, Sally McWilliams (Pete) and Frank Dougherty (Sue). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Catherine enjoyed a career at Conrail and a lengthy happy retirement. Catherine was grateful for her friends and relatives. She wanted them to remember her and smile. Catherine requested that there be no funeral service and the interment be private.
