Bernard J. Keenan's Obituary
BERNARD J. KEENAN, JR.,of Downingtown, PA., passed away on December 9, 2015 at Neighborhood Health Services in West Chester, PA. He was 83.
Son of the late Bernard J., Sr. and Lillian Zinn Keenan, he was born in Philadelphia on September 2, 1932.
He was the beloved husband of the late Joan Marie McConaghy Keenan. Devoted father of Maureen Walker, Joanne Yeager, Erin Tyrrell, Michelle Coleman, Judy Harvey and the late Bernard J., III. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and his sisters Anne Hanley and Linda Kraft.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday December 14, 10:30 AM at SS. Philip & James Church, 723 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton PA. Relatives and friends may call at the Church after 9:30 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia PA 19103.
