Barbara M. Heuisler, formerly of Ardmore, PA., passed away on August 10, 2026 at Bryn Mawr Extended Care in Bryn Mawr, PA. She was 83.

Born in Philadelphia on August 20, 1942, Barbara was the daughter of the late Isaac K. Heuisler and Mary Smith Heuisler. She is the loving sister of Christine Durkin, Judy Small, John Heuisler, Helen Heuisler and the late Mary Veith and Charles Heuisler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces & grandnephews.

Barbara, her mother and four sisters were graduates of Sacred Heart Academy. She also graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College. She enjoyed her summers in Avalon. Barbara was a great lover of animals. She will be dearly missed by family and her many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited on Monday August 17th - Visitation from 10 to 11 AM with Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr PA 19010. Interment will be private for the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Animal Coalition of Delaware County or to Providence Animal Center.
