Alexander Stamateris' Obituary
Alexander Stamateris passed away on Sunday January 13, 2008 at his home in Ardmore, PA. He was 78.
Son of the late Harry and Helen Zavalatis Stamateris, he was born in Aliquippa, PA. in 1929. Alex served in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1950. He was a graduate of Penn State University Class of 1955.
He was the beloved husband of Clare Stamateris. Devoted father of Elaine, Alexander G., James, Mary Catherine and Colleen. He is also survived by several grandchildren.
Funeral services and interment are private.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to Jefferson Hospice, #400 One Radnor Corp. Ctr., 100 Matsonford Rd., Radnor, PA 19087-4597.
